Meet Victoria.

Dr. Victoria Ryan practices acupuncture in Nashville, Tennessee. After nearly a decade running Greenwich Acupuncture Clinic in Connecticut, she is now in Nashville continuing her passion for women's health, reproductive wellness and integrative care. She also provides counseling via telehealth for clients in Connecticut and New York with in-person counseling in Nashville coming soon.

2026 marks 20 years that Dr. Ryan has been working as a Licensed Acupuncturist. She chose this career following her own fertility journey, driven initially by the passion to help others struggling to achieve pregnancy. Before founding Greenwich Acupuncture Clinic, she worked in private practice in NYC and also for Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, CT where she held two concurrent roles: as an acupuncturist in the Department of Psychiatry, providing acupuncture to support patients with mental health and substance abuse challenges and as a therapist in the Addiction and Recovery Center, offering counseling services.

Today Dr. Ryan specializes in women's health, reproductive medicine, pain management and addiction, but also treats a wide variety of concerns. In recent years she has added a focus in functional medicine and continues to deepen her knowledge informally via her mentor and formally as a student at Functional Medicine University. Her unique combination of education and experience afford her the opportunity to provide a holistic approach to care; treating body, mind and spirit. She is dedicated to empowering clients to feel better, stronger and reach their physical and emotional wellness goals.

Dr. Victoria Ryan earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University, Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University, Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York, NY and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego, CA. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed to practice acupuncture in Tennessee, New York and Connecticut. She is also licensed in New York and Connecticut as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and in Connecticut as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).

Stomach Ache

I've been incredibly stressed and it's been manifesting in digestion problems for a while. Victoria has been so helpful that I saw her on a weekly basis this year ... She is the best acupuncturist I have been treated by and I've seen more than 20 different ones over the years ...

Baby Wrapped in Blanket

I just want to thank you again for starting the fertility journey with me. We finally welcomed a sweet little boy ... I wouldn't have gotten here without you. Thanks again for everything!

Ultrasound photo of baby

I started seeing Victoria at Greenwich Acupuncture after I suffered a miscarriage last year. The first session that we had she took the time to understand my situation and offered great advice and counseling on how to get through the process. After seeing her for a few months, I am now pregnant again! Her sessions have been great and have gotten me to relax and move past anxieties and the stress of everything that came with the miscarriage ...
