Meet Victoria.

Dr. Victoria Ryan earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University, Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University, Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York, NY and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego, CA. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed to practice acupuncture in New York and Connecticut. She is also licensed in both states as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and in Connecticut as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), having retired in good standing, a New York State CASAC credential.

Dr. Ryan has been working as a Licensed Acupuncturist for over 15 years. She went to acupuncture school following her own fertility journey, driven initially by the passion to help others struggling to achieve pregnancy. She worked in private practice in NYC and also for Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, CT where she was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and also an Acupuncturist on the medical staff. In 2015 she opened Greenwich Acupuncture Clinic, LLC to focus on acupuncture full time. Her practice is unique because Dr. Ryan is able to effectively address emotional aspects behind common concerns that may exacerbate physical conditions or impede healing by integrating a behavioral health component to care.  While she specializes in women's health, reproductive medicine and pain management, Dr. Ryan treats a wide variety of concerns. In recent years she has developed an interest in helping patients improve gut health and in 2023 began a Functional Medicine certification program.

Dr. Ryan's unique combination of education and experience afford her the opportunity to provide a holistic approach to care; treating body, mind and spirit. She is dedicated to empowering clients to feel better, stronger and reach their physical and emotional wellness goals.
